I'm very pleased with the quality & appearance of our new custom dog bed! The material is thick and tough for my 70lb+ hyper dog. He loves his new bed & sleeps like a baby in his crate even when he has the choice of the couch or other dog beds not inside his crate. The price is very reasonable as well. The other custom dog bed company I found would have cost over$350 vs the $71 I paid for this bed.

I like the material quality. The purchase experience was easy and well maintained by the company. The only issue I have is the cinch cords at the bottom don't work because the material is so heavy duty. I can live with that though as the material strength is most important

It was a bit of a trial, a lot of back and forth to get the measurements correct. But in the end the cover fit perfectly. I was a little surprised that the cover was rubberized inside and out. If it keeps my very large and expensive sofa dry and protected I'm happy.
