Instructions for measuring were easy to follow and the ordering went well. Company follow-up could have been better. An email was sent to me asking to confirm the measurements that I had made. Absent my response, the company did not follow up via e-mail or call. Consequently, the fabrication and the delivery of the cover was delayed several months. I mistakenly believed that the delay was caused by the hurricane that devastated the southern states. Only when a delay of months passed did I call and discover that the company was waiting for a response that was not going to occur.
Moral of the story: The company should insure that the process moves along and stays in contact with the customer.

The process to customize was easy, however the material is not of heavy quality and not waterproof (advertised as weatherproof). It is now useless to me and cannot be returned.
