I have owned this heavy-duty car cover for about 6 months, using it about once a week. I use the underneath strap so it doesn't blow off the car. One of the clips cracked already, suggesting the material was cheap. I paid $9.99 and received 2 replacement straps. Given how expensive the car cover was, it would behoove the company to include the straps in a 1-year warranty.

If this is really an Alabama shop, it's clear they are outsourcing customer service, far, far, away. Yes, I got my covers and cushions and they are very nice. No, I could not get customer service to help me find a way to make them more affordable by making the foam smaller - nor could I work with them to get an estimate and see if I could save some money. They made them smaller but didn't adjust the price for less foam nor could communicate with me if that would even make a difference. It was a curious and rather expensive experience.
