Just hung my custom sized tarps on my back porch frame to winterize the porch. The sizes were nearly correct - Just an inch off on one side so I cannot connect the bottom to the frame. They seem very durable but were difficult to put up as one person since they were heavy (8x10). My biggest frustration was that the tarps came nearly a week after the expected delivery date. They are imported from India and sat in a facility in my city for nearly 5 days. I reached out to the company and the tarps arrived the next day.

The quality of the covers is excellent. We have ordered several custom covers. All the covers have fit and held up to the weather.
Had to write to customer service after a few weeks. Had received a email stating that cover was on its way but USPS never received the package. After they responded I got the cover in about a week. Took longer than expected but really wasn't it too much of a hurry so everything worked out.

Gave dimensions via e mail, 3 days later more dimensions are needed, 3 days later more dimensions are needed. You would think with today's technology, once certain dimensions are established, dimensions should be established created by computers.
Think the process could be expedited. Packaging was flimsy, could risk damage to product during shipping & handling as we all know parcel handlers are not the most careful individuals.

I needed an extra long cover for an outside dining table. I measured large but I didn't have to because it came exactly as described. The material is heavy and thick and I know it will withstand the snowy weather.
