Custom made covers just as ordered, excellent materials
Just to be transparent these covers are manufactured in India
I purchased a custom cover for my snowblower. I LOVE IT! I previously had a cover from Ariens that was specifically for my snowblower. It never stayed in place. I also used an old grill cover that covered great but always got blown off.
The new cover fits great, covers completely and is heavyweight and well made. We recently had a big wind storm and the cover stayed place without any drawstrings or bungee cords.
The covers arrived as promised... on time, good quality materials, great craftsmanship, and precise fit. Complicated shape of Big Green Egg in Table with a custom cap was simplified by the online form for dimensions. Phone call and attached photos made to further explain the custom cap.
I placed the order and was given a delivery date that got changed several times. The last date came and went with no delivery. I called to find out why and was told the order had not been processed even though it had been several weeks since I placed it. Very discouraged with how it was handled.
So far the covers have done very well especially under 17" inches of snow.

The cover seems well made but the fit is terrible. My fault I suppose, I tried to make room for the chairs and that didn't work out very well. I'm left with a cover that's too big for the round table and too small to put the chairs under the cover. Avoidable error?

We handcraft each cover by meticulously following the measurements and instructions you provide us. As mentioned on the product page, we also encourage you to upload the image of the article you need the cover for — this ensures the cover is designed keeping your requirements in mind and also increases the possibility of us noticing any discrepancies in the measurements.
To determine the error, please email us a few pictures of the table chair set with and without the cover. Also include a picture of the full set showing the edge-to-edge measurements with a tape measure. You can send these to our Quality team at [email protected].

They came in damaged and wrong size got the run around from richard there feed back team
Sent pictures as they requested and still got the run around even after calling and chatting and emailing
Then once paypal gave me my money back then they were ready too fix the issues but stated the sizes were on back order

Hello Gary. We are sorry to learn that our support has not met your expectations. Upon reviewing your communication with our Quality team we do not see a single instance where a replacement was denied.
We understand your concern is that you ordered curtains with the height as 78" but received larger ones. The product page clearly states "The final length of curtain will be additional 4" long from bottom and 3" from the top".
Since you claimed that a chat associate advised you to enter 78", we checked our records but found no such chat conversation with either of your email addresses. At this point too, we did not refuse to assist you.
Since per our understanding we were still communicating with you to arrive at a conclusion, we refrained from contesting your PayPal claim - instead we politely requested you to withdraw the dispute as we never refused a replacement and were still trying to resolve this for you.
Lastly, our associate said "Gary, We are ready to offer a replacement. However, the only thing we backed up on is the sizes." - this has no reference to backordering, it simply means we are trying to finalize the exact size you want.

Easy order process. Site easy to navigate. I'm very happy with my covers, they seem to be of very good quality and hopefully will be long lasting.
Orders a custom cover because of some alterations done to my griddle. Could not be happier. Some will argue about the cost compared to off-the-shelf competition, but getting something the exact fit and made of solid, high-grade material is worth a few dollars. Great job. The second one we have ordered and we will definitely order more.

The location of our current production unit (India) is mentioned in our FAQ section. It is also freely disclosed when inquired, though we have learned that it is not relevant to our customers as long as they receive a high quality product. There is no 'China' label on our products.
Each cover is handcrafted by meticulously following the measurements and instructions you provide with the order. We do not offer a refund or replacement unless we have made an error in fabricating the cover.

I ordered this in December, it's now March, it just came yesterday. It took a long time to get but I understand with COVID why it happened. I'm sticking with 3 stars because I was repeatedly told it would be "Next week" and "Priority".

To keep you informed of the progress, the system automatically calculates the estimated delivery date and notifies you when a significant change occurs. Thus, you received the new delivery date of 13 January and later 25 January. Regardless of the date shown, our goal is to dispatch every order as quickly as possible. Per the FedEx tracking page your order was delivered on 22 January as opposed to the original delivery date of 11 January.
Regrettably, due to inconstant circumstances we ended up with unanticipated backlog in production and missed the promised dates. We are working hard to scale up our production capabilities and improve our turnaround time.
