Very good customer service follow up. Custom cover for my out door water softener was tricky because of the size and how far in the ground it went and I want to lock it down with a lock so they installed grommets for me and I was worried about mold so they put vents in as well yet still protected and also put in a separate zipper I requested for just the salt cover and tank that I could lock as well. Lots of details. Lots of measurements more than once and they paid attention to detail. Got it correct a perfect quality cover with a custom size.

I ordered a custom cover for my round sectional deck furniture. Because it was not a straight, rectangular type, there was no option to purchase off-the-shelf covers. I measured exactly as what Coversandall recommended for the custom round sectional and received a perfectly fitting, high quality covers. Very happy with this purchase!
I placed my order the first week of January, i expedited shipping and the expected date to receive my order was the end of January. February came and i still didn't have my order so i called and they told me they were still processing. I waited a week a called back and they said they were getting ready to print. It's now March 4th and after multiple email that have not been replied to i still don't have my custom vinyl and have not received a refund as requested

They said whatever they needed to to have me make a purchase, including telling me I could make a return if needed. When I went to make a return they told me absolutely not. That's the worst feeling as a customer to feel lied to.

Needed a cover for my mixing console. Covers and All created a very nice cover exactly to specification. I'd use them again for certain.
I can tell these covers will last a long time under the extreme heat of our backyard. We've gone through a lot of furniture covers and they normally don't last longer than a few years. These look really solid. Well worth the cost.
