I was to receive my cushion covers on the 16th of April, it's now the 29th and still no covers. I thought I was buying an American made product from GA, turns out the covers are made in India. Arrived in Memphis TN on the 19th where they have sat for 10 days. I do not recommend this company and will NEVER buy from them again. The customer service is non existent.
I received our covers today for our built in patio barbecue, side burners and cooler and am pleased with the material, the workmanship and the fit. I was especially pleased with the velcro tie downs for the handle that were included in the grill cover construction. Brilliant! The prices for the grill covers I ordered were very reasonable. The designers were incredible to work with - even double-checking measurements, before submitting their drawings for my final approval. I received the order about 4 weeks following confirmation of the drawings. In addition, they helped me track my order.
Over the last year I have ordered several covers from Covers & All. The quality is good and I like the covers overall. Just one major issue. If you measure incorrectly incorrectly (34" H versus 25" H, and I did unfortunately, they will not help you in any appreciable way. My initial order had a 30% discount and all they offered was for me to reorder the same cover with the right dimensions and they would apply a 20% discount which is their current discount available to anyone on the website. After spending over $460 in the last 6 months with Cover & All, I would have expected a more sympathetic response. They have lost my future business and will no longer recommend them to my 124 house community.
Okay, while ordering my covers, the color button kept toggling between a khaki beige and the navy I wanted. I thought I'd finally got the navy clicked, but when my order arrived half were navy, half were khaki beige. Not happy!
The material does not breath and is inappropriate. So far this is an expensive mistake. We called and got nothing but excuses from someone who barely spoke English. I then wrote them via the Website and they do not respond. The FIT is great, the material will ruin our golf cart as it's heavy vinyl with no ability to breathe. This is not a fabric used for car covers and the like. I would like a response from the company on this.
The size, material and quality is spot on, especially considering the price I paid. It fits my fire pit perfectly. My only gripe is that the custom graphic was supposed to be on the top and it's on one of the sides. Not worth worrying about... the graphic is a good quality print as well.

It works and it fits but it literally looks like a wrinkled garbage bag on my gear. It came so packed and in such a sloppy way, it completely wrinkled and not sure it will ever not be. I would just pay more money and get deck savers, which I probably will still do.
They took about 3-4 weeks to arrive. They were well made and fit the sofas well. This was thw 2nd swt of covers I've ordered and I was happy with both sets.
Needed a grill cover. Shopped around on line. Wanted something sturdy, not throw away. Very happy.
We are 100% satisfied with the covers! They fit beautifully on our furniture and look great. I like the material-more water resistant than our old covers. We just ordered more for the rest of our patio furniture. I would highly recommend this company for friends!
However, the delivery date was inaccurate. When I called to ask, they couldn't give me a date. The covers arrived about 4 days after delivery was supposed to occur.

I am so happy with my covers. I simply took measurements of my own seat pillows for my outdoor sofa. The covers just slipped right into each pillow! The Color and the size are perfect! Very good quality of fabric!
