Responds to queries very slow. Delivered product did not fit. Cloth used is not elastic

We are happy with the quality of the covers we ordered. Our only suggestion is to be more accurate with shipping estimates. We ordered on 4/26 and the next day received estimated shipping of 5/12. We did not hear back until 5/17 with email saying they were ready to ship with the estimated date of 5/12 still. The covers actually arrived on 5/24.

My husband built our back-yard barbecue and we have used it many times, covering it with a piece of plastic when not in use. I found Covers & All on the internet and thought that would be better idea. The ordering experience was terrific as there was clear guidance on measurements so that the cover would fit our barbecue perfectly. The cover really looks great. What a difference it has made to have a custom-made cover for our barbecue instead of just apiece of plastic. Thanks to all at Covers & All for great service and great product!

My outdoor seat cushions now look great. I'm very pleased with the final product.

But the conversations worked - the six cushion covers were exception in fit and quality. Also prices lower than any local vendor.

Materials for my covers seem very durable. Time will tell.

You have a great product and the quality has been excellent. The website is great and easy to use and navigate. My only complaint, I'm disappointed in the delivery estimates. Twice I have paid extra for delivery on a certain date and both times the delivery was pushed out. I will definitely use your services again.

Hello and I was supposed to receive the order on 5/19 and then it w as to be delivered 5/24 and it is still not here.

First, please know that even though this is a US company address, the production is done in India, and all of the communication is with CSRs in India. My bad, I did not research this enough. The product took 34 days from order to delivery. The delivery date changed 2x in the online portal and I finally had to get a person on the phone in India to get an update. It fits the mattress but is not that well made and don't know if it will hold up. I discovered 3 weeks into the process a local firm that makes the same product for the same $ (Coversandall offered 20% off, free shipping so regular price was much higher), in less time and has great reviews. Lesson learned, do your homework when ordering custom made products.

The cover seems like it will hold up, but the draw strings in the corners seem ineffective.

ORDER MADE ON FIRST OF MAY WITH RECEIPT DATE TO BE MAY 17TH. GOT NOTIFICATION THAT IS WAS BEING SHIPPED FROM INDIA ON THE 17TH. WE NOW CANNOT USE IT AND THEY ARE HEDGING ON GIVING OUR MONEY BACK.

Was hesitant to order a custom cover online but the price was so reasonable I decided to try it. It was made perfectly to the measurements I provided. The only criticism is the color choices are limited and the light blue is darker than expected but I'm overall very satisfied with my product.

I acknowledge the fact that our planet is in dire straits. Giving this fact I further acknowledge that most companies are struggling to find workers. And I will assume that this company is caught up in a strange situation called 'a labor shortage'. So with the above assumptions and facts taken into consideration I think the company did their best to keep me informed about my order. The product appears to be as advertised. I will give it a few months to see how it performs under the Summer sun. And come Fall I may make a follow up order. Thank you for asking my opinion. Stay safe.

I would review this product but it hasn't arrived. After receiving an email that it would come by noon yesterday and that I had to sign for the delivery, I went online to give instructions and permission to leave the package at my door as I had an appointment. The carrier would not allow this. I was only able to divert it somewhere else for pickup at another time. So I canceled my 10:00 am appointment to stay home to sign for the package which never arrived. Now I'm asked for a review. So I would say, Covers and All should reevaluate their demand for a signature at the door without exceptions. Secondly, I expected ordering a custom sized product to take a bit longer, but I did not realize it was being manufactured on the other side of the world and would take that much longer to arrive in the United States. Make that clear to buyers. As for the product itself, I do hope when/if it arrives, it's wonderful because I'm not thrilled so far.

Delivery of took too long, but the actual product is great.

Ordering was easy, instruction on measurements easy to follow with the ability to put in photos and special instructions. Cover fits like a glove and vey satisfied. Only issue was the delivery date was never updated. My cover was manufactured in India and took a while to get to be shipped. I am satisfied with the end product and would buy from here if I ever need other covers.
