Ordering was easy, instruction on measurements easy to follow with the ability to put in photos and special instructions. Cover fits like a glove and vey satisfied. Only issue was the delivery date was never updated. My cover was manufactured in India and took a while to get to be shipped. I am satisfied with the end product and would buy from here if I ever need other covers.

The website is great, the reviews look good, but It is now a month since the original delivery date and despite chasing 4 times on the chat service I still have not taken delivery of my order. I tried phoning, waited in a queue and then got cut off before I could talk to anyone. I've request a call back, which apparently is not possible. They just keep moving the delivery date back a week every time I chase. Extremely disappointed customer:-(

I wasn't sure what to expect but I'm very pleased with the cover. It's more heavy duty than I expected and fits well. The designers emailed me to verify specific measurements and the results were great.
We happened on their website. We have a built in grill. I really liked that you could get it made specifically for your grill and get writing on it. It came fairly quickly and was perfect. Exactly as planned and fits well. They even clarified the exact size of the writing and everything. Very easy to use.

Will see how many people get stuck/ melted to this plastic-like material in summer! Stars lost in overall rating because delivery was a terrible experience - no updates on why taking so long. This was an excellent experience from beginning to end. My BBQ is an odd shape and after several emails and pictures where exchanged, the cover showed up and fits perfectly. So do the covers for our chairs and sofa. Great customer service and overall an excellent job!

Bought without knowing much about the company. Turned out a really nice set of covers and quick shipping. Took longer to manufacture than I expected, but they were made in India at the height of their covid outbreak so not surprising in the end.
First, I did not purchase on May 16. The order was placed and acknowledged on May 4. The first delivery date was pushed back to May 19... not a problem for me except stayed home as was told a signature was required. No show on the 19th and date was pushed to the 24th. The cover did show up on the 24th and 20 days for a custom job seems reasonable anyway. The cover was 6" too long so it catches under the wheels if I try to move it with the cover on. I've already cut it off and had it hemmed. Appears to be constructed with quality material but I'll have to wait and see how it holds up over time.
Shopping experience was great. I was contacted twice to ensure that the measurements were correct before construction started. The final product fits like a glove. A great job.
Site offered unlimited number of sizes versus other sites that you got what they offered. Quality appears to be very good. A delivery date was provided (reasonable for custom made cover) and product was delivered 3 days ahead of the estimated date. Everything arrived in good condition.

This was the second cover That I have ordered through Covers and All. The first was an a/c unit cover. This second cover was a large cover for a patio table and the six chairs that surround it. The material is very durable. Fits well. The request for pictures and follow-up measurements of the table gave me great confidence it would fit well. It does. No regrets. Shipping was prompt also!
