Ordered a cover a month ago. Scheduled delivery May 12th. It still has not arrived and it's now May 21st. It's suppose to arrive today, but not holding my breath.

Very easy to configure custom grill cover specifications. Company did a great job interacting about measurement specifications and the product was of superior quality. Only time will tell how durable the product is. There was a problem with missed delivery date. The website showed a delivery date but when I contacted the company on that delivery date I was told delivery was weeks away. It was only in response to my inquiry that the website updated its delivery date. Also, I received an email saying my delivery date had changed due to the unavailability of cushion material but my order did not included cushions.

The experience was great they were very concerned with the measurements to make sure the job would be what I ask for that's why the fit was perfect.
Beige bench cushion - black zipper (not beige or white) - very noticeable. Also, the zipper had a huge shiny metal pull. It should have been small, concealable and matching the color of the fabric of the zipper. Simply a bad choice of zipper.
I will have to clip off the zipper pull and use a temporary paper clip if I ever need to clean the cover. As for the black fabric of the zipper, nothing can be done. It is very noticeable.

Due to the nature of the product, creasing is unavoidable, and because each order is custom made there are no standardized folds. To minimize the wrinkles you can use a hot air blower over them. Meanwhile, we will certainly look into adding instructions on the product pages.

Customer service was very difficult. Multiple convesations, couldn't order by phone, multiple qoutes for items i didn't need. End result, the product was good, but extremely painful to get the order i wanted.
