Needed my order by a VERY SPECIFIC DATE. Paid extra to have it arrive even sooner. Did not arrive until the following week. My own fault for going with such a $#*!ty company for an important event.
The covers were a birthday present and were ordered in time to get here by APRIL 7. They were delivered just this week. Way Over a month late. Totally unacceptable. If you blame it on the plandemic, your leadership has no imagination. How you are still in business is beyond me.
Also, I added one cover to the order which incurred another charge. It was nearly impossible to get it paid to you because of your inflexibility. Because of all the issues involved with getting the charge paid I asked you to cancel and refund my money. I asked for my refund and cancellation TWICE. I should not have these stupid covers. You ignore your customers. You treated me fraudulently and I know you won't let me return them.
I never received good communication with you. Your customer service process is seriously broken. The birthday present never got there. I hate your company. I wish I never gave you my business. I'll tell anyone who can hear.

Ordering was easy following the instruction to measure. We ordered the covers with the zipper option because it was mentioned in one of the reviews. The covers are very good quality, thick and sturdy and also good looking in the light grey.
Found what I was looking for and easy to get the custom cover made for my tubular skylight.
However the shape of the cover didn't fit as well as I expected. It wasn't as deep as the dome I had. It was more of a wide fit.

Called 3 times, sent pics through email and chat. Still haven't heard from them. They sewed all the chair ties to the fronts of the covers. I can not believe they would make such a ridiculous mistake since all they do is produce cushion covers.
Took over a month to get my cover and when it finally came it was completely wrong! Had an opening in the side instead of the bottom. I would have to pickup my fire pit to slide it in! Not what i ordered!

I went through extensive design and pictures requested by Covers and All. I was sent a design that I approved, and was sent a standard non fitting product that I could have ordered from Amazon and had in 2 days. Not satisfied at all!
These don't fit at all. I measured 4 times before ordering and they are huge a f look terrible. Will never order from this place again. Now I have a bunch of covers I can do nothing with
VERY misleading! Company may have a "front" address in Lawrencevill, GA but there is nothing about them that is from Georgia... received emails twice changing the expected delivery date. My order was supposed to finally be delivered today and the damn package is in Dubai! Shipped from India. It's not even expected to be delivered until next week now! LIES. What a joke. Terrible way to do business. THIS HAS BEEN A CRAP SHOOT.
