I ordered a few outdoor cushion covers to test the product and service before ordering all the covers I needed. I had seen mixed reviews so wanted to be cautious. The web ordering options and size calculators are excellent with options to include pictures of intended application.
The fabric selections are limited and difficult to meaningfully make a choice from one to another. I selected "cushionrite" which may have been a mistake. Unfortunately the cover had a textured plastic feel. They do have another option, "cushionfab" which is supposed to be more fabric-like but intended for semi shaded areas which does not apply for me. On the positive side, it was made very accurately to specifications and appears very well made. Turnaround time was several weeks - I believe these are actually made in India.
I ordered covers on May 2nd and have still not received them. They were originally due on May 19th, then they were reschedued for delivery by May 26th. Today is May 27th and I still have not received my covers! I was told that I should get them by Friday evening (May 29th). So it has taken almost a month to receive the product. Due to this delay I have to bring my cushions in and out every day because I do not want to leave them exposed overnight. The covers were ordered so that I can leave my cushions out and protected. There should have been better communcations along the way and there should be a clearer understanding of the delivery date. My son ordered from covers as well as we like the product, but their is frustration based on expected deilvery time.

The dimensions of the item I ordered are not what I received. When I called to return the item for a product that is the dimensions I wanted, I was given a cumbersome return process. Needing to take pictures with a ruler. For a product that is only $18, the company should not require such an elaborate process. I'm willing to return the product in exchange for one that meets my needs.
Look I understand the pandemic has hurt supply lines and all but when I ordered 3 covers for my skylights at outrageous high cost compared to your competitors and it still takes a month for the products to arrive. If I had known it was going to be made in a country where it was going to take this long to receive I would have build my own covers for a fraction of the cost.
My only criticism had to do with the timeframe within which the cover was delivered. However, I was informed of the delays, which I understood to be related to supply/demand issues as well as delivery delays. I did pay an additional fee for expediting the delivery, and spoke with a representative about expecting to be reimbursed for this.
Because of Covers & All, our OONI KARU pizza oven and cart are now protected on our deck. The cover is custom-made and even monogrammed! We chose a color to match the spa tub and we are thrilled by its quality. This company's customer service is excellent and they stay in touch to make sure your custom design is spot on. Highly recommended!
