I needed to replace a cover for my firepit. I wanted one that was attractive and of good quality to last. I saw an ad for Covers & All products and immediately was impressed. With no second guessing I immediately ordered the product I needed. I only received it this past Monday and it is beyond my expectations. Looks and fits absolutely perfectly. Love it..
Order was delayed and updated shipping date was always incorrect. Customer service was able to track the order down after it did not arrive, and the order arrived shortly after that. Cushion covers are ok. The color is nice, the seams are a little wavy and there were many loose hanging threads, and areas where the fabric looks like the end of the bolt. For the low price, the seem about what you should expect for quality.
Used the measuring tips and procedures and placed the order. Covers arrived in good shape and fit our furniture perfectly. They have pockets as well, but will have to figure out what they're for. Draw strings at the bottom as well for those windy days. We really like these.
This is one great cover beautiful made and detailed. Made to the specifications we requested and seems to be a very durable material!

Ordering a custom-sized cover for our large outdoor sectional was extremely easy. The guide to measure was very easy to follow and very thorough. I was confident we were going to receive a cover that fit our furniture to its specifications. The website was user friendly and an overall great shopping experience.
I was looking for cushions for my outdoor furniture and couldn't find the correct sizes. I found this website and uploaded pictures, measurements and had them made. I just received them and love how they turned out. Much better than new ones that "kind of" fit and the prices were reasonable.

Covers had extra strings hanging and 4 of the 8 that should have been the same size are all different sizes. 1 being misshapen because it is wider on 1 end then the other. Small black stains on some of the cushion small white stains on others. And what is with the dirty clear bag with a broken zipper you sent?
Ordering was easy. But the delivery was late. The quality isn't nearly as good as I thought.

Placing order was difficult for me as I am not comfortable with computers. The company reps accent was also difficult for me. Also, there were postponements with the delivery date and contact with Fed Ex.
