The product took more than a month to get to me and when it did arrive it wasn't what I ordered. I ordered a over fora futon and I received a cover fora small tiny itty bitty chair. I want my money back.
I had another cover that I purchased when I brought my patio set. It didn't fit well and was not a fine quality. I took a gamble on Cover & All and am VERY happy I did. It fits perfect and material is heavy duty quality.

Within a day of ordering online, my product was marked as "in production." Their advertised turn around time is two weeks. Had to call and prod them after two weeks. Then again after another week. Finally after four weeks, I read them the riot act. They pushed it through and shipped it the next day. Had it five days later. Don't order these covers if you want them this summer
I sent description and measurements, they followed up with verification and the received product was above my expectations and great quality. I will use again!

Very easy to order and get the exact size you want. Problem was I never got a tracking number. They sent me a delivery date that was longer than than what it showed when I ordered. Then I got an email saying delivery would be even later. That date passed with no delivery. It arrived a week later.

Wow! We couldn't be happier! They fit great and and are made with heavy material. I waited to write a review until after it had rained for days. All of the cushions stayed perfectly dry. The wind didn't seem to catch it either which is nice These should last for many years.
Not more else to say... this was my 1st order with Covers and All, took longer than I expected and shipped to the wrong location.
Product arrived 3 weeks later than scheduled. Quality of product is very inferior. Zippers placed on the long side rather than the back/ short side. Basically received "vinyl " covers rather than assumed "canvas/cloth " covers
They did a great job making new covers for my outdoor furniture. The quality is great... two zippers on each cushion and a wraparound design for easy on and off of the covers. Color is as described! Really great value for the quality.

Cover not received and customer service no help. Very hard to contact company. Emailed and tried chat no response. Waited on telephone for a very long time. Got India and they gave me wrong tracking number. Don't know if I will ever receive cover.
