I was told the order was complete, and not told when I ordered, that the order was not complete until I approved their drawings. When I call a few days past the expected delivery, they told me that I had to go back and look for an email and approve it. Then I had to wait another 10 days for delivery. The covers just came and there is already snow on the furniture. Now I have to wait to cover them till the snow melts. Why did they not tell me that my order was not complete until I approved the final drawing, then I would have known to look for it.

We went back and forth about 4 or 5 times before we could make customer service really understand what we needed, even though we sent detailed drawings.

I ordered 2 custom clear tarps with reinforced webbing and grommets on 3 sides. I was impressed with the follow up to my order to confirm measurements and grommet spacing. My tarps were received on time. They are well made. My only complaint - 1 tarp is "backwards". The side without grommets puts the webbing on the outside on 1 pc but inside on the 2nd pc. Overall I'm happy with the products I received and the price.

All aspects of ordering are easy and thorough. I previously ordered decorative seat cushions for patio furniture and I love those as well.
All was good, Cover and All let's you know they add a bit of dimension to avoid under sized results.
I suggest not adding extra tolerance to you design.

When I was shopping for a fire pit cover, I was having trouble finding the right size. I didn't think that I could afford a custom cover until I entered my specs at Covers & All and was provided an affordable quote.
