Delivery arrived in excellent condition time frame was not bad. I did measure as requested as it stated they add an inch or two but I still feel they were a bit tight so I wish I had a bit more room on the order next time I will increase my size by an inch or two. Terrible customer service, unethical business, and shotty product. I ordered and paid for expedited service and got an email saying there was a delay. I emailed saying to contact me, no response. I tried to cancel the order, no response. Tried calling, emailing, everything I could no response. AFTER they shipped my order out they respond to all my emails saying sorry and that they already shipped. Got the products and they're garbage, COMPLETE waste of money. Go elsewhere and save the headaches and money. Complete rip off and terrible service. Seriously run away from Covers & All, don't look back, find anywhere else to fill your needs.

This is my second time ordering from Covers and All. Both times (several years apart) the covers were excellent and fit well. The pricing is great for custom covers, and they were easy to deal with for dimensions, etc.
I am very happy the way the stitching done and the measurement was done correctly. The only
Thing I was not impressed was the material. The fabric is water prove and therefore a little stiff.
Lets hope it last me next 5 years.

The cover order phase for my Simplicity ZT mower went well. They sent several Emails asking for more details and dimensions of mower. I sent at least 15 pictures to clarify. Production took 2 months due to "quality concerns". Upon delivery, I was eager to finally cover my mower (It had been sitting in rain for 2 months). Cover turned out to be WAY too big height wise. It is at least 18" too tall for mower. Oh well, something is better than nothing.
Found the company on line and the calibre of the product was excellent for the cost. Sunbrella fabric and cushions made to specification, no mistakes.
I was looking for fabric to go with my patio chairs, I was expecting fabric cushion covers like the chair cushions I have already. They ended up being waterproof covers and are not very comfortable to sit on, they get hot and uncomfortable.

My new firepit cover appears to be made of high quality materials however I am somewhat disappointed in how it fits. Your website stated that you added two inches to all of the measurements provided by the customer. However, my cover fits very snugly and I am afraid it will rip when being taken on and off periodically because of it's tightness.
I was also somewhat disappointed to the tracking information provided when the cover was shipped. Instead of proviiding a direct link to the tracking number of FedEx you only provided a tracking number that had to be cut and pasted onto FedEx's website. Additionally, when I did that they (FedEx) could not recognize the tracking number.
Overall, a quality product but a little work needed on customer service.

I ordered custom covers for chair cushions. I was satisfied with communication before shipment. Gave my measurements. Bottom cushion is fine but back cushions were made half inch too mall and for a flat cushion. Most cushions have some filling. So I can't use the back. I did call and really got no help with customer service. Decided it's not worth the argument. I wish I had taken my cushions into local shop to have done.
