Ordered cover. It took over a month to receive. Then it was way too short in length and width. It would not stay in place over skylight and has since blown away in a recent wind storm. Ive made contact twice hoping to at least reorder a larger sized cover perhaps with a discount but am given false promises and no further response. My customer is very displeased and refuses to pay my cost for a product he cannot use or even locate and i am as well.

My resin wicker set came with white cushions that got dingy and were hard to get clean. Cushion covers arrives in a glob with plastice wrapper around and plastic tape. The cushion covers were damaged with holes in the center and completely unusable. I contacted the company right away and sent pictures of the covers. Am waiting for a response.

Cover arrived in prescribed amount of time. It is white and the company has stamped a 6 inches long x 1 inch high number in blue ink inside the cover that has bled through and shows on the outside-I looks terrible. I asked if they could recommend a way to remove it or clean it. They told me to email photos of the item, I did so. They continue to tell me they need 24 more hours to reply to my email. I've done multiple chats and I'm still stuck with a stained cover and no resolution but to keep waiting.
My only confusion has since been corrected on the website, which had to do with ordering the accessory additions for my table cover (specifically strap w/ clip). I called to make sure what I wanted/needed was understood and the Customer Service Agent was able to make sure it was.
