Days ago and still have not heard a reply. This is my reason for low score as of yet no attempt to contact me or make cover right.

I was surprised by the changes in delivery and that it was being shipped from outside the US. I was disappointed in the change of the initial delivery date and spent a lot of time trying to find out when I would receive it.
The cover is excellent in construction and easy to manage.
The gate screen I ordered had 14 grommets around the edge to provide for a solid attachment to my gate, the one I receive had one grommet in each corner only.

Ordered a custom-size cover for a new fire-pit, and the ordering process could not have been easier. Was surprised to find that the item shipped from India, and was concerned that the estimated ship-time would be considerably longer than anticipated (having experienced significant delays with other products). Happy to say that the item not only shipped on time, but arrived about two weeks earlier than anticipated. Only problem (which is the reason behind the four star rating) is the sizing wasn't correct. I ordered a 50" diameter cover, with a 4" overhang (as the lip on my firepit is 3"). The product received only had a 3" overhang, so it's a rather tight fit. I've decided to keep the cover, as it does what it's supposed to, but I would have like to have had the additional slack. All in all... a very good experience.
I installed a portable, secondary wastewater tank on my teardrop camper, and I thought it would be nice to protect it from the elements. It looks great to boot!
Not that I can't figure it out for myself, but it would've been helpful to know how many pounds of sand the bags hold. That would definitely make it easier to purchase the sand. Also, the shipping of the product took way too long.
I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent fit for my custom table cover. I had ordered a cover thru another company a few years ago and never was happy with the poor fit. It was a big disappointment. This cover met and exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend you use this company if you have the need.
