All of the covers fit okay, but a few of the zippers were located on the side of the pillow, instead of on the rear(The rectangular cover).

Based on the requirements specified, and the drawing and pictures I sent to you for manufacturing a cover over the generator carrier frame was understood. I know this because, the product drawing you sent back to me for approval was right on. Please review the initial drawing and pictures provided as well as your approval drawing. However, the product that was shipped and received was not manufacture to the drawing specification that I approved. The bottom 4 inch flap as received, is one continuous piece of material. It did not accommodate the four corners being cut so the 4 inch flap could be tucked under the carrier frame or the 8 in cutout in the middle of the 4 inch flap on the front and back sides to accommodate the carrier hitch assembly. The cover as currently manufacture is not usable with modification. I will add however, that the product material and the workmanship appears to be topnotch.

The ordering process was easy and gentleman was helpful. However the finished product was not. The cover arrive tightly wrapped in plastic with the other one I ordered. After removing the wrapping it was obvious that it was just folded without a plan to reduce size for shipping. It shipped from India to Dubai to France to Memphis. It looks like a drunk groom slept in his wedding suit. Embarrasing, will not reccomend this company. Cheap labor at what cost?
I would give the products 5 stars but it would only let me select 4. Everything came in a timely manner and fit perfectly. They kept in constant communication to make sure all the measurements were correct to create a perfect fitting cover. I will definitely be ordering again soon for the pillows to match.
The shopping experience was good. However, the covers came with black ribbon trim around all edges and I did not see this trim on the covers I thought I ordered. This black certainly does not match my chairs I wanted covered. Why is the trim on them. I don't recall it in the picture where I ordered.

Encountered some confusion, regarding two zippers that I wanted added, during the online ordering process. Contacted two different rep's using the "Chat" feature online, to clear-up the confusion with the order and to ensure that my request for added zippers did not "slip through the cracks". The rep. Had me e-mail the zipper instructions and assured me that the order would be correctly fulfilled. Sadly, my order arrived but the zippers did not get added.
I found them to be thoughtful, thorough, professional and detailed oriented. They reached out more than once to discuss measurements, and shape of our custom cover to ensure we had the best fit. It took some time, but we are very pleased with the fit and quality of the cover. We were covering an outside water softener unit with many hoses, lines, angels, and heights. Perfect fit. Couldn't be happier.
