Easy to find products i need. I ordered a BBQ covel and a fire pit cover. I received 2 BBQ covers and no fire pit cover. One of the BBQ covers fits fairly well (a little small) and the other appears to be for a completely different BBQ. Their customer support has been good so far - we'll see how long it takes for them to get this straightened out.

This was an easy step by step experience to get the perfect cushion covers.
The site says to use exact measurements because they will add 2" of space to your measurements, which I did, and included photos as requested. When they arrived one was maybe a 1/2 smaller than the other and both were a little too tight, but they are usable. My only concern is how tight they are on the nice teak legs. My advice is to add a little space of your own to account for them possibly not adding that space. Otherwise, they seem very nice.

I had many questions prior to purchasing, so I used the online chat. They promptly answered answered my silly questions. To place the order was so easy. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality. The only thing I wasn't thrilled with was the color, It was my fault, I focused on the name of the color " Light Sand", not the picture. When covers arrived they looked like they were gray... in the light, they are clearly a brownish gray. They will work just fine and would order again in a heartbeat. I have already passed on the web site to my family members who are in need of covers also!
On Memorial Day weekend I decided it was about time I turned the patio into a relaxing oasis. I found an IKEA metal bed frame and a twin-sized mattress that made for the PERFECT outdoor daybed. Shopping this way made the expense much lower than buying at outdoor daybed which can cost over $1000. However, finding an outdoor cover for the mattress proved to be quite an issue UNTIL I found Covers and All. Their price was extremely reasonable and they were running a 10% sale for Memorial Day. The shipping was fast and the product is of very high quality.

The two covers were made to the correct dimensions but the elastic on one of them was cut way too short making it too tight and not usable. Eventually after multiple calls and emails to customer service and finally talking to management the cover will be replaced. Way to much hassle, could have been resolved on the first phone call as it was the company's mistake!

The elastic is tight by design, to ensure your cover stays on securely even in strong winds. In our experience the elastic loosens a bit over time. Additionally, a replacement was never denied. Sometimes, such difficulties arise if the cover style you selected does not match the article you are trying to cover. Our Quality team simply requested a video showing the problem in the size. This is a standard and reasonable request, and specified as a requirement in our Terms of Use.
Based on your email in which you stated "can only be put on with two people working together on either side." the cover does fit, and your dissatisfaction was due to speculation that it would rip in the future.
Nevertheless, for your satisfaction we issued and have now dispatched a replacement with a modified design. Kindly note that this was offered as a goodwill gesture and in no way implies admission of an error from our side.
You should list the sizes for the items when they are in the cart so you can confirm that they are correct.

The cover that came with our portable fire pit was very wimpy and tore soon after so I searched on line and found Covers & All with very good ratings, I ordered a cover and it fits very well and very sturdy. We are very pleased with it and have no hesitation recommending this company for all outdoor covers.

Purchased a cover for a grill table. I included an elastic bottom. The elastic is so tight that it is extremely difficult to put it on the table, even though the cover is the correct size.
