Grill cover cut at wrong lengths and wont cover the knob panel. Elastic pulls too tight at edges while the body of cover is sloppy. The product ilooks cheap. The chair covers fit appropriately, but have the same cheap look.

Very easy to order, with easy measuring instructions for the custom grill cover. My husband made his own side tables for his egg, which meant that a standard cover was not going to fit. They were quick to respond back to my questions, the cover came faster than expected and quality of product is good.

We are not seeing any recorded downtime around the time your order was placed. The problem you faced may have been a temporary issue. The ordering process was easy. The shipment timeframe was as expected and on time. The product was great and fit my cushions perfectly.
Ordered a cover for a outdoor kitchen island. When it arrived it did not fit properly, which may have been my fault with some of the initial dimensions and being confused about what info they needed or wanted. The website promotes the fact they want 100% customer satisfaction and will redo an order if necessary to get it right. I started trying to contact Customer Service about how to send it back and get it adjusted to fit properly but ended up in India call center and then was asked to send an email to a specific address. Have not gotten any response since and doubt if I call I will get someone other than another person in a cubicle in India. I have ordered 2 other covers from them and they were perfect so I had no need to contact them after the fact. While I admit the error may have been on my end, not sure you should promote 100% customer satisfaction if you then can't be contacted or make it difficult when someone does.

Admittedly, sometimes we make a mistake and we are firmly committed to making it right when given the opportunity and once the error is established.
We understand you would expect to simply return the product as it doesn't fit, however as mentioned in our FAQs and Terms of Use, this is only possible if we have made an error in fabricating the cover. We do not stock any covers; each order is custom made according to the ordered dimensions and is hence of no practical use even if returned.
To validate that we have erred, pictures (or in some cases a video) clearly demonstrating the incorrect measurements are necessary. Considering the amount of work and material that go into making each cover, we feel it is fair that a replacement only be issued if there has been a production error.
With regard to the measurements, we understand that measuring the product may seem daunting at first. To aid you, a detailed 'How to Measure' guide is provided next to the measurement fields on each product page. Additionally, we did share a drawing showing the dimensions of the cover, which was approved.
Again, we are deeply sorry that you feel let down with this order. Having found no error from our side in fabricating the cover, our Quality team has offered a 20% discount in case you wish to reorder this cover with the correct measurements. We are happy to extend this discount to 30% to demonstrate our keen willingness to help you to the best of our ability while still preserving our primary business interests. Alternatively, since the cover does fit (it is larger rather than smaller) we can offer 30% of the product cost as instore credit for a future purchase. After many years of looking my wife and I finally invested in some quality outdoor patio furniture Between the summer heat and harsh winter weather we have (yes we actually get snow) I knew we needed to protect our investment. Because of the shape of the couch finding a stock cover was impossible so after an extensive online search, we selected Covers & All. Their product selection/options, straight forward instructions on how to measure, great costumer service and being direct to consumer made in America sealed the deal!

The cover is very well made from excellent material which should last a long time. I'm quite happy. My only comment is that the cover is slightly large for the grill meaning it hangs down to the ground. With time, however, this may disappear.

These measurements are listed on your order confirmation email which is sent as soon as you place your order.
