In this case, the cover was made per the drawing that was approved on June 28,2021. Nevertheless, we appreciate your concern and believe in working towards a resolution. Multiple contacts with their staff as we developed order
We purchased two covers that had different dimensions. They were delayed because there was a question about the size. This came via email so we did not see it right away. My wife provided a picture and the dimensions again. However, what we received were two identical covers that do not fit the fire pit (two big) or the table (too small). So not very happy.

The comments stated then read as - "42” square x 17” tall. See photo". Hence, your order was made per the dimensions confirmed. We ordered various covers for the consul and seats on our pontoon boat. I happen to be OCD so I sent pictures with superimposed measurements in addition to the four dimensions that they asked for. Turns out that was a good idea, because I ended up going back-and-forth with covers and all until we got all of the dimensions precise. I was very impressed with their attention to detail during that process. We got our covers a couple days ago put them on the seats and they fit perfectly. So the moral of the story? You can get great custom made covers, but plan to invest in getting them the detail they need.
Initially was informed it would be almost 25 days beforw receiving order but low and behold it only took just over a week. Don't know what other people think but thats fast (for custom fit) in my book.
