Ordered a rectangle outdoor cushion cover. Requested fabric ties centered on the length ZIPPERED side. Received fabric ties on the corners on the opposite outward facing side.

We package each product as securely as possible. Due to the nature of the product, creasing is unavoidable, and because each cover is custom made to the size ordered there are no standardized folds. To minimize the wrinkles you can use a hot air blower over them. Leaving the cover out in the sun for a while also helps.
If the above doesn't work, you can iron the cover using the iron at its lowest setting, and with a regular cotton cloth between the surface of the iron and the cover. Do not leave the iron on any one spot; instead use brisk but firm strokes to even out the creases.

The covers are for my Jeep light bar and there is no rope running through length of the cover, only at the ends. There is no way to secure the cover around the light bar. These are useless

Cushion covers are inexpensive and easy to order. Arrived a week early which was an unexpected positive (quick manufacturing too). Negative is that fabric options are hard to see on the website. There's no way to enlarge them to see more detail (an issue for the patterns) and can't order samples (so be aware the fabrics are not soft but more like a raincoat feel).

The material selected for your covers is CUSHION RITE, which is listed as "600 Denier, 100% Solution Dyed Polyester Fabric with one side PU Coat". The PU coat makes it feel like vinyl. I needed cushion covers for my L shaped outdoor couch. I ordered replacements through coversandall and was very impressed and satisfied with the product so far. I've only had them one day so far, but the material is nice and comfortable and looks like it should hold up with our sunny and rainy weather. Would definitely recommend
While searching online for local upholstery shops to make a cover for my custom fire pit, Covers and All's site showed in the results. I noticed they were in GA so I submitted a drawing with dimensions along with photos. The price was what I deemed appropriate so I approved the quote and ordered the cover.
I did not read the reviews prior to ordering and likely would not have ordered the cover if I had. I was nervous after discovering they have their covers made in India (especially during Covid) and that delivery times seemed excessive. Well the good news is my cover actually arrived a couple days earlier than expected and fits perfect. Dimensions and tolerances are exact. Stitching is perfect. The vents are a nice touch and the upgraded fabric is sturdy and should last a long time.
