Our 2nd time ordering from Cover & All and we're very happy. We've ordered covers for our wood pile, and several pieces of patio furniture, and the covers are heavy duty and attractive. We will most likely order from them again for future needs.
I ordered this custom size cover to protect a stainless steel prep table that I got for next to my outside grill. The shape was fairly simple, and the design process was easy. They confirmed the dimensions via email, and I only had to clarify about the extra 1-2 inches that they add to the confirmed measurements for easy slip-over. The only surprise I got was that this item was manufactured in India and shipped via FedEx from India through Duba, Italy and finally to the U.S. Their website to mention that fact up front.
But fit and finish quality seem very good. I'm happy with the product and experience.

Cover is much better than I expected. Very pleased with material quality and workmanship. As stated by the seller the width and depth have about 2" added to them but no additional height added. I would suggest that when ordering you would shorten your height measurement because the added width and depth allow for some sagging. It is a great cover that I would purchase again and recommend to others. The shipping time was even less than expected by about a week.

Buyer Beware!
Prior to ordering, I was told the cushion cover has a fabric feel. It does not. There is no different feel than the vinyl storage cover. It even makes the same scratchy sound when you run your hand over it. After a month long correspondence of complaints and request for a refund, they are refusing to refund my money. I wish I had done my research in reading reviews about this company. They are lying thieves and have since removed my review from their site and blocked me from making any further comments. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. There are many reputable companies to buy from, unfortunately this is not one of them.
Christina, we have reviewed the complete details associated with this case. Sadly, there are no culpable errors on our part. Our Cushion Rite fabric is made of solution-dyed polyester, polyester is an artificial fabric made of polyester yarns which is a plastic derivative. The texture and feel of a polyester fabric vary with the treatment, yarn count, weave and the use that it's intended for. Our chat representative had earlier mentioned that the Cushion Rite fabric has a more fabric-like feel when compared to the fabrics employed for our custom covers (i. E the Cover Max or Cover Tuff) which are more heavy-duty, and coated with PVC.
Sadly, this case does not qualify for a refund because these cushion covers were custom made and the claim for refund falls under the category of perceived or assumed quality. Hence, it was denied by our complaints team. However, following much debate, our social team did take an extra step and offered a final proposal of either 40% in a refund or 60% in store credit which was disregarded or denied.
While we appreciate your discretion to submit a complaint with the BBB or seek an additional or alternate resolution we are put on the final decision that has been made.

Covers faded in the sun within days. After trying to contact customer support and finally threatening I dispute the charges they said they are sending replacements. They haven't arrived yet but I assume they are on their way.

Our Cushion Rite fabrics are supposed to be moderately UV resistant and not fade that easily, so it's a bit surprising to us as well. An internal study is currently underway to identify the gaps in this case. Please note that as these are custom manufactured goods cancellations are not possible once an order is submitted to the production flow. Per our records, your order was submitted on June 30,2021, whereas the cancellation request was received on July 4,2021. In this case, the order was already in packed status by the time the cancellation was requested, hence, your ask could not be upheld.
Again, going by our order confirmation email, which is sent to the registered email address of a user at the time of the order, informs a customer that in case any changes are deemed necessary one needs to report the same within 2 hours of placing the order via phone or chat. Beyond that timeline, we would not be able to accommodate changes or requests in the placed order.
Thus, we do not see an error on our part. However, as a purchaser, we do understand that such outcomes do seem unsavoury as there's little or no scope for a bargain in such situations; hence we apologize for that.
