I never received my covers. I guess FedEx decided nit to drop them off by the door because I wasn't home. I have no idea what FedEx has done with my covers.

I am a Repeat customer, excellent product with superb stitching
I enquired on if they could reproduce a Tarpaulin they had already made for me but this time with a double sided zipper. I was told yes and we started the very lengthy process (12 days) of backwards and forwards messaging to decide on the design. Once the size and dimensions had been agreed, I then checked this included double sided zipper, as they only wrote on the quote "add zipper".
I was told they only do one sided zippers. They suggested Velcro. I said I didnt want Velcro, so please cancel the order and refund me my paid money.
7 days later, I message them to ask where's my refund, they tell me it would have been done 24 hours after cancellation and returned to card used to make payment. 9 days later I ask again and told they will look into it and email me back in a couple of hours. 12 days later I am still awaiting that email and my refund!
The products I have had off them in the past, have been top quality but there customer service is absolutely rubbish!
I am absolutely fuming!
I want my refund and will never use them again because of this

Our records indicate that when we received your request for the double sided zipper, we did convey that we do not provide it, and we suggested an alternate option (velcro). We believe in being as flexible as possible when it comes to fulfilling special requests. Hence, our production team proceeded to procure and test a double sided zipper. Unfortunately, the test was unsuccessful and we were forced to decline your request. We realize the time span that elapsed must have been frustrating. Please accept our sincere apologies both for failing to fulfil your requirement and for the time forfeited.
We also apologize for the delay in processing your refund. All refunds are processed manually by our billing team and may take up to 7 business days to be processed. Each cover is handcrafted by meticulously following the measurements and instructions you provide. The measurements entered on the order are listed on your order confirmation email. You can also view the ordered size by signing in to your Coversandall account.
From your last email we understand that the depth of your chaise cover is around 78". Unfortunately, it appears that your order was placed with the pre-filled measurements on the product page - for instance, the ordered depth is 60". Since we offer custom sized covers, the pre-filled measurements are only to act as a guide and to indicate each dimension in the adjoining diagram.
Since each cover is custom made to the size ordered, we are unable to accept returns unless we have erred in fabricating the cover. We certainly empathize with your situation and understand that when ordering online, such unfortunate misunderstanding can occur. Thus, our support team has offered a 20% discount if you wish to reorder the cover in the correct size. We are happy to extend this discount to a maximum of 30%. Could you please write back on the same email conversation to let us know if this seems to be a fair resolution?

Per the FedEx tracking site, the first delivery attempt was made on 16 July at 11:41am. Our packages are dispatched with "Indirect signature required"; if you are not available to accept the delivery, our terms with FedEx allow them to release the package at your doorstep as long as they are able to find a secure place to do so. If they cannot determine a suitable location, they will leave a door tag with instructions for rearranging delivery and/or the location you can pick it up from.
