Our covers are designed to offer maximum weather protection and durability, and we use the most appropriate materials to achieve this objective. We work very hard to keep the order process transparent and easy to follow. Each product page clearly lists the materials and their specifications. The material selected on your order is Cover Max which is 1000 Denier, PVC Coated Polyester. It is our most popular fabric. Note that PVC is a form of plastic which is inherently stiff. For a more pliable fabric feel, we offer a different material - COVER FAB.

We are happy to make any changes to your order as long as it has not moved into production. All our covers are handmade and go through various stages in production. Thus, while to you the order may appear to remain "In Production" for several days, in fact the pieces may have been cut to size already. Unfortunately, when you contacted us on 1 July, your order had been 'cut' which is why we were forced to turn down your request to change the color. We sincerely regret being unable to honor your request. Note that your cover was dispatched a week later, on 8 July.

The quality of the material is very good, seems sturdy and possibly water resistant. The fit is a little off but not too noticable. My complaint was when ordering I was unable to ask the zippers to be put in a special place, such as where the cushion sits against the rear of each seat, some, like the lounge chair zipper is on the side. A small problem, but if it was offered where to place the zippers, I missed it. A couple of seats on the chairs were loosely fitted, but can live with it.

Do not order from this company! They claim to be an American company, however all the products come from over seas. Covers and All sent the wrong size custom tire cover as well as up charging for the design. Customer service refused to replace the tire cover with the correct size, after sending photos that clearly showed the custom cover was not the size I ordered. Their solution was to try and get more of my money by offering a 35% discount to Oder another custom tire cover. Theses guys are shady.

The 'upcharge' you have mentioned was not for the artwork but for changing the diameter of your cover from 14" to 26".
We passionately handcraft hundreds of custom covers each day by meticulously following the measurements and instructions you provide. Admittedly, sometimes we make a mistake. However, we are firmly committed to making it right when given the opportunity and once the error is established.
As mentioned on the product page, we add 1" to 2" leeway on the given width/depth, for an easy pull-in, pull-out. This was also prominently mentioned on the design proof which you approved. The diameter finalized for your cover is 26"; the pictures you shared with us show the diameter to be 27" which is correct per the default design of this product. You have the option of waiving the leeway for an extra snug fit. Unfortunately, we received no such request with the order or during the proofing process.

The 60" Fire Pit Cover I Ordered was shipped fairly quickly after I placed my Order. I thought I Ordered Tan, however a Grey Cover arrived. I can live with that. When I attempted to stretch the cover over my 60" Fire Pit, it wouldn't fit properly. It's almost like the Fabric and the sides that should go down were made too tight. I got the Cover on as far as I could and just accepted that It is covering the Top of the Fire Pit and I used a bungie cord to try to keep the sides from blowing off. It rained heavy twice since I put the cover on, so it's doing it's job, but I wish it fit better. I cannot stretch the cover fully into place. Lou Fine

We note that the selected tie down is Elastic at the bottom. The elastic is tight by design to ensure your cover stays in place; it will loosen a bit over time.
The measurements provided for your cover are Diameter - 60" and Height - 18". Could you please check the size of the cover you have received? If you find a discrepancy, please take a few pictures of the cover skirted on your fire pit and showing the incorrect measurement using a tape measure. Also include a picture of the taffeta label sewn on the inside of the cover. We package each product as securely as possible. Due to the nature of the product, creasing is unavoidable, and because each order is custom made there are no standardized folds. To minimize the wrinkles you can use a hot air blower over them. Leaving the cover out in the sun for a while also helps.
