We are not seeing any recorded downtime around the time your order was placed. The problem you faced may have been a temporary issue. Was thrilled to find a place that would do cushion covers. I did the first order online. It was a disaster. As the cushions were custom made, they were non returnable. I was told I would be able to get a discount on the next order. After MANY phone calls back and forth, I was able to get a 20% discount. This is the same discount that is offered to anyone. In any case, I did get the cushion covers that I was hoping for but it wasn't easy!

I had covers made to order for my new outdoor table and chairs. Both covers fit perfectly. I will use them again when I need made to order covers.
I ordered a tarp for our vine-covered gazebo to protect it from the many birds that nest in the vines. The product came exactly as ordered, including an extra reinforced grommet in the center that allow it to be pulled up into a tent shape.

The cover was grossly over-sized for my Weber Q2200 and the 2 pockets (front and rear) with velcro strips were upside down. The pockets opening at the bottom with no way of keeping the pockets closed, useless because all items will fall out.

We offer custom handmade covers in almost any shape and size, including those for popular brands and models. However, even specific models may show variation by the manufacturer from time to time. Hence, each order still needs to be placed with the exact measurements of the equipment you own.
