We received our covers pretty quickly, they fit great and block out all light
Ordering online was tricky, so I called and placed my order with a person. Great experience.
The long-term durability of the cover has yet to be determined (I have no reason to doubt it at this point) but the rest of the experience was excellent. First, the price was better than a "standard" size that I simply couldn't find or knew was a compromise. And that price included the custom logo print I had done and a couple other items. Also, the communication was quick when I had questions and they reached out a couple times to update status. Only complaint, and this is a bit nit picky in today's world, is that the update emails were obviously being typed out by somebody who's English was not very good or the software wasn't very good and this actually made the updates a bit harder to feel confident about or understand what they meant…it was that rough. Overall a very good experience

Upon receiving your approval on the drawing, the delivery date on your order was revised to 19 July. We see on the FedEx tracking page that it was delivered on 16 July.
The material selected on your order is Cover Max. As mentioned on the product page, it is 1000 Denier, PVC (vinyl) Coated Polyester. It is highly durable, UV resistant and warranted for 3 years. Please be assured you can safely use it outdoors.

Had to call several times because i did not know how to measure for a grill cover, very nice and understanding and helpful. They changed the measurements to the correct measurements without any issues. I was very happy with customer service.

Was exceptionally pleased with the two covers I received from Covers & All. They fit perfectly, and they look even better. They are a thick, quality fabric, so they have a wonderful feel to them. When it rained, all I had to do was shake them off and the water beaded and ran off quickly. Very impressed by the turnaround time, as well. Ordered and had them 14 days later. Will happily do business with them again.
