I ordered a large shade for approx $600. Color on site is off white/Grey ish looking. The shade arrived and it is mustard yellow. I called to return and they said they don't take returns! And don't guarantee color. This is unheard of for online ordering., Horrible quality control and customer service.
Would have been nice to know that signing up for the newsletter only included free shipping for orders $100 or more.
However, it's still an excellent price for what I got. Shipment was fast and even ahead of schedule.

I love these however I ordered the wrong size on 6-3-21 and called back the next day to cancel. However they said it was in process already (really?) and would be charged 40% to cancel. They didn't ship out till 6-23-21... I get it if they were already cutting the stuff but they couldn't have been, it was just in there system. One thing is is that they are really nice covers. The blue is very rich and well made.
This works well on my firepit and makes it look like a table when we are not using the fire element.
The patio cushion covers exceeded my expectations. They were constructed to the exact measurements, made of durable vinyl lined material and were stylish fabric on the outside. They have elevated the look of my sectional and have added many more years to it's use. Thank you!
