Great product but absolutely hate the "signature required" shipping policy. Extremely inconvenient being that FedEx attempts to deliver your package somewhere between 8a-5p Mon thru Fri which is usually around the same time that about 99% of Americans are at work and not able to "sign". It really discourages shopping in a world so obsessed with efficiency, time management, and customer service. The competition (you) should not be making the experience of receiving a product more inconvenient for the consumer. That being said, my wife had to drive to a FedEx store to pickup the package. To millennials that's like getting on a horse to go milk a cow, no one does it.

I had to work my way through the order process but it is well worth it. I have a large half grill - half griddle on my covered back patio. I purchased a cover locally that lasted two days before the Oklahoma wind came sweeping down the plains and shredded it. The dust and the rain coated my grill and had to be cleaned.
My cover from Covers and all withstood a storm that night that rivaled the one that shredded my first cover and is none worse the wear. It is attractive and quite sturdy.
The cover came with a pocket on each end and I was not expecting that. It just happens the pockets are upside down. Like I said I was not expecting them so no fowl - no harm.
Over all I'm very pleased with the cover from Covers & All, as my goal was to protect my investment - the grill / griddle.

Despite having several e-mail exchanges and remeasuring our skylight cover four times, the cover received was woefully wrong-sized. The mistake was a huge error in sizing despite the correct dimensions on the original order form. I was informed that another one is being made but have yet receive shipping information. My old skylight cover has deteriorated over 9 years of desert heat and the new one is desperately needed.

I only write a review when my experience was particularly outstanding, either because of the product or the customer service. In this case, it was both. I am delighted with the custom outdoor covers I ordered to replace some old fading cushion covers. The covers I had were mildewed and not at all waterproof, so every time it rained, I either had to drag all the cushions inside or expect to have wet cushions for days - it took them forever to dry out. I looked at a few different sites for custom covers, and Covers & All was the most user friendly and reasonably priced. I chose the waterproof grey, and submitted my measurements (very easy - GREAT system). Then after I submitted my order, I realized that I had given the wrong measurements, so I called them and they picked up right away, and patiently went through all the cushions with me to put in the new measurements and when they arrived (several days before they were due) the covers all fit PERFECTLY. Purchasing custom covers from Covers & All was a great experience - easy ordering system, excellent customer service, extremely well-made, attractive product. AWESOME!
