For all the very detailed measurements and photos we were required to submit, we were expecting a cover that was at least somewhat fitted to our furniture. What we received was a huge pile of loose-fitting vinyl... we may as well have thrown a tarp over our furniture and called it a day. Very disappointing.

These are made in India and shipped directly from there. You can follow the progress of your shipment as they provide tracking. After I made the order and paid, I was looking online to see where it was coming from and the tracking showed INDIA. They lead you to believe its being made in Georgia, NOT the USA My mistake for not looking into it further. How ever when asked where it was made all they did was beat around the bush and not say.

The location of our current production unit (India) is mentioned in our FAQs and Terms of Use. It is also promptly disclosed when inquired. A limited portion of our product range may also be shipped from our Georgia unit.

The measuring guideline provided on the website was very helpful as I printed it off and took it with me for reference while measuring and handy to write measurements right on it. Ordered it and its a perfect fit! Color is true to website and the material is sturdy. Very happy with this product!
I recently purchased a third cover from Covers & All. I requested that this 3rd cover be of the same material and color as the previous two. After a few days of unproductive conversations and emails, I have now been informed that the material is no longer available and that the original price of $116. Has now been raised to $155. To my surprise they have ALREADY PROCESSED my credit card payment in the original amount of $116. (as quoted), and have notified me that they will not manufacture and ship unless I authorize an ADDITIONAL payment of $39.00 I find this unacceptable and will no longer do business with Covers & All.
I was able to custom the size color and material. I just didn't realize it would take so long to have it delivered.

Great regarding help with measurements. Just wish you offered lighter fabric for the hot Arizona desert climate. All of our furniture are under covered patios so this one really thick heavy cover is overkill. Great job though. Just a pain to take on and off everyday.
