I received a shade sail with 6 anchor points on a triangle shade sail.
I only needed 3 anchor points. I cut off the 3 anchor points i didn't need.

Great shopping experience to make sure items were correct, but forgot one detail to let me know the trims would be a different color to tge body of the cover.

We ordered a CUSTOM MADE trampoline pool cover WITHOUT leeway (wiggle room). It arrived 2 ft. 5-6" too large. It was made in India and arrived in less than 2 weeks time. Shipment from India would take longer!
The company said read "FAQ.These covers come with standard leeway". WHY? Who reads FAQ BEFORE ordering unless you have a question? They wanted a video to note any "fabrication". Okay. They didn't accept the first video. It was in shadow. The second video was spot on. We were offered 10% off any other cover but the original cover would not be replaced.Then they said we would get free shipping and a new cover if we sent a 3rd video.The 3rd request was to video the cover OFF THE ANCHORS & lay it flat on the ground costing us $500 to have our pool REOPENED, videoed, and replace anchors again.The offer of free shipping and correct cover offer was RENEGED because we wouldn't spend more money to reopen the pool. The team decided to offered $300 toward any other cover we might like. WHY? There were many ridiculous requests and statements mimicking a form letter. We won't be ordering from them again.

It is mentioned on our website that a leeway of 1-2 inches comes with the product. Our agent provided you with the best possible resolution, and there was no error from our side.
