Order took months to arrive, emails went unanswered. I was bombarded with endless advertising emails. Why all the advertising when they couldn't even process an existing order. I would advise anyone to avoid ever dealing with them.
I ordered a custom made BBQ cover with drawstrings and grommets. It arrived after a reasonable amount of time - cover is good except one of the drawstrings is broken. It looks like they would have cut the drawstring when they put one of the grommets in place - delivered as defective. I emailed and called the company four times asking if there was anything which could be done to fix the drawstring (ie make the cover more usable) and they would not even respond. When I finally got through on a phone call I was told they were looking at the situation and would get back to me within 48 hours - never heard from them again. Not the end of the world but I probably wouldn't buy from them a second time - just bad customer service - I would expect more for the price.

With regard to your issue, we perform a quality check on every cover before it is packed. From the pictures you shared it seems the drawstring snapped in transit. Our Quality team responded to your email on 21 January offering a refund of 10% of the product value plus the cost of getting it fixed by yourself, since this particular tie-down is currently out of stock. Could you please write back to let us know if this resolution seems fair?

Excellent from go to whoa. Clear website. Helpful chat function. Great communications. The tarp arrived sooner than indicated (by about 10 days). I suppose that could have been a problem if I was away but it wasn't so happy days. The tarp is exactly as specified and arrived with a bonus storage bag. Sweet.
My only suggestion would be to change the size function to metric. Although tarps are traditionally measured in feet and inches, not everyone has an imperial tape measure these days. Also it wasn't clear from the site function how to input fractions of feet – e.g. would 8.5 be 8' 6" or 8' 5"? So all said and done, better to change the input to metric.

Please be assured we are working hard to scale up our production capabilities and improve our turnaround time. While these efforts (which include building a new, much larger production unit) continue, we have also applied some solutions in the interim that have resulted in significant improvement over the last few weeks.
Also, we are sorry if the Christmas Tree Storage Bag did not turn out as expected. We have tried to describe the product as accurately as possible. If there is a specific defect in the cover, we will be happy to replace it. Could you please write to us at [email protected] with a more detailed description of your concern?
Originally ordered in early November a small triangle shade to cover out front door entrance. Despite a promise of 4/12 delivery date, this came and went with no contact, then update just before xmas that delivery would be 16/12, this they advise on 22/12 - they didn't seem to notice that this date had also passed. We contacted them on 4/1 to ask if they could not fulfill the order, to let us know or we'd take a refund and move on. We then received a very long email basically insulting our intelligence that 'did we know about COVID-19? And they were just trying to survive' - this is when we found out the order was allegedly being made in the US and this was why it was so delayed ( originally we were told it came from WA) and that our order had not been commenced and would be another 2 weeks. On 8/1 we received a DHL text that delivery would be made by 14/1, the delivery arrived from India! Not AU or US and it was just rubbish, we laid it out flat and not one side of the triangle was straight and the measurements were not what we sent them, it was too long, it was made up of two pieces badly sewn together ( so not really the point of having a sail held under tension and custom made!) - when you hold it under tension all the sides curled under and the whole item looked like a piece of scrap - it went in the bin, totally unuseable not bother with these merchants they are incompetent at best, rip off con artists at worse.

The location of our current production unit (India) is mentioned in our FAQ section. It is also readily disclosed to any customer who inquires about it.
With regard to the product, we handcraft each cover as explained on the product page, closely following the measurements and instructions you provide. If you feel any of the sides is the wrong size or if there is a specific defect, please take a picture of the cover clearly showing the error and email us at [email protected]. We will gladly replace it in case we have made an error in fabrication.
Recently ordered a tailor made cover for my new Pizza Oven. The process was simple, fast and efficient. The quality of the cover is second to none. Absolutely recommend to anyone.
Very satisfied. Extremely happy with the quality, plenty of room for the tree and accessories. Separate bag very handy.
Frustratingly poor customer service, very long delay between product order & receipt, product was reasonable quality but lacked a minor feature that would have significantly improved the overall quality & functionality

Applied for the discount, didn't get it. Signed up for the newsletter which said that you get free delivery on items bought, didn't get that either. Sent email requesting response, no reply. Will not deal with this company again, very disappointed.
