We are very sorry to learn that your Fire Bowl Cover did not turn out as expected. We handcraft each cover by closely following the measurements and instructions you enter. You are correct in surmising that if we sense something amiss in the size, we would notify you before fabricating your cover.

Regrettably, we are unable to locate any email from your registered email address that has pictures of your fire bowl. The product page has the option to upload reference pictures; this is the best way to provide pictures / diagrams so that each image is also tied to the correct order and product.

From your email, we understand that you were looking for a cover in the size 35.4 x 29.5 x 23.6 inches (height x depth x width). However, as you can see on your order confirmation email, the measurements you entered are 22 x 18 x 12 inches (height x depth x width).

We handcraft each cover by closely following the measurements and any instructions you provide us with your order. Since each cover is custom made to your specifications, we are unable to accept returns in the absence of any error from our side. Since a picture cannot possibly indicate the exact size, we have clearly listed the dimensions of the bag on the product page:

60" width x 20" depth x 25.5" height

We also offer a range of colours for selection. These are shown in the example pictures.

Please accept our sincere apologies for the delay on your order. All our products are handmade; regrettably, due to inconstant circumstances we ended up with unanticipated backlog in production and missed the promised date. We are working hard to scale up our production capabilities and improve our turnaround time. While these efforts (which include building a new, much larger production unit) are in progress, we have also applied some solutions in the interim that have resulted in significant improvement over the last few weeks.

Our Quality team did respond to your email dated 14 February requesting pictures clearly showing the problem, along with a picture of the taffeta label on the product.
