I ordered 2x outdoor sofas worth of water resistant cushion covers in custom sizes. The website was easy to use with entering my own measurements and choosing the material, the price was lower than anywhere else (significantly so) and delivery to Australia was so quick! Very happy with the quality. The only thing I would change is I wish there were more colour options for the outdoor water resistant materials.

I was very happy with my experience with covers and all, any allusions they answered promptly and provided precise drawings of my design. We went through the design process a couple of times to make sure everything was spot on, I provided all measurements, photos and a drawing of my own to help with the process and to show exactly what I was envisioning for the final product.
Quick delivery, measurements perfect and just what we hoped for. Very happy.

Deceptive photos on page cause me to make an error when ordering. I raised this with company but they didn't care and continue to have deceptive photos of their website. They will be reported to Fair Trading for both of the above issues.

Very good. Double checked measurements on a hexagonal fire-pit. From 3700km, this is important! Fits like a glove - excellent!
There was a lot of back and fourth to make sure they got it right, and they did! The cover is exactly what I wanted with the extra request to have a Velcro section so that I could access the speaker system while it was on. It's a bit too big but at the end of the day, it's a water proof cover which means my PA system is protected when using outdoors. Thanks team!

Our covers are carefully fabricated based on the measurements submitted for an order and quality checked prior to desptach to limit chances of error or damage. But, given your concern, we would request you to address our complaints team at [email protected] along with all supporting evidence which could help confirm that the cover was fabricated incorrectly. Please provide images of the cover using a tape measure along with an image of the taffeta label that is sewn to the inside seam of the cover. Subject to the evaluation of the presented evidence by our complaints team and with an error being established on our part we would be pleased to offer a resolution as deemed right and considered agreeable in this case,
