I am so happy with the service I have recieved from Covers and All they corresponded with me in regards to my table covers size and delivery.
They sent it to the wrong address 3200kms away - have no idea whether what the product is like. Obviously still waiting for delivery with little expectations if any.
We sincerely regret the inconvenience caused in this case. The tracking page shows that this shipment was delivered and signed for by Scott, hence our team has raised a request with our courier partner, and additionally apprised our complaints team of the issue. Depending on the response received from our carrier on the next business day, our team shall proceed with the next steps to resolve this case. Regards
Very easy on-line process. The covers arrived in a very well protected parcel in just under two weeks.
The measuring guide is fail-proof. Good quality fabric and I love the piped trim finish on all of the cushions. Professional and as good as any in the stores that charge 4 times the price.

I had a very easy experience ordering my covers. The covers fit perfectly and are made from a very good material. They are made very well and I am so happy with the colour.

The quality is awesome, however, the fit is so tight I have to battle to get it on and off. It must have been made to the millimetre, and perhaps I should have asked for a little room to enable ease of getting the cover on and back off.
I was very pleased with the ordering process and the time it took to make up my covers. They fit perfectly and are of very high quality material.
My only complaint would be TNT courier service who rang me while I was on my way to work and said they could not deliver to Strathbogie, VIC and would leave at Euroa, VIC Newsagency for my collection. I work in the opposite direction in a rural area and had to wait 4 days until I was able to go out of my by an hours drive to collect my parcel. It would have been great if I had the option to deliver to a PO Box@ Strathbogie, Victoria. So my hour inconvenience was at the expense of TNT saving an hour in delivery.

We use global shipping leaders DHL/FedEx/UPS for deliveries and have little control over local delivery personnel. However, we offer our full support in resolving any delivery issues that arise. Had we been contacted immediately we would have gladly escalated this to our account manager and ensured that your package was delivered at the address provided.

We have covers made for our daybeds, BBQ cabinet, two chairs and a complete outdoor setting all custom and all absolutely perfect. Could not be happier.
They were careful to make sure the dimensions were right though I am not sure if they used the second lot of measurements or not. It seems quite oversized but it works and keeps the water out which is what I wanted.

On your order, both the width and the depth were listed as 35". We did note your final comment and changed the width to 30"; however, the depth remained 35".

To keep things simple (and also to match the unit used on our machines), we use only one measurement unit for any product. You can certainly measure your article in cms or any other unit you prefer but will need to enter the sizes in inches. To quickly and accurately convert cm to inches, simply follow this example to look it up on Google or Bing:
