We had some odd shaped covers we needed, and within a day I was sent a sketch to check it looked correct. Covers were the perfect fit and I was very happy with the quality and how quickly they arrived

I had two previous orders sent in black. When I checked that this order was also black it had been changed to grey and I was then held to ransom to pay more plus delays while being inundated with advertisements.

Moving on to the order specified in this review, we would like to clarify that the initial order was submitted with inappropriate measurements in the gray colour Cover Tuff fabric, which was revised to the right dimensions in the black fabric following your interaction with our pre-press staff. As a change of measurement was observed and warranted, our team had to request the additional payment before it could be processed for manufacturing. Nonetheless, we are sorry for the delay associated with this order as our staff did err in having things like order revisions done at the appropriate time. Excellent service and products provided. We got cushion covers for our dining table. It was an unusual cushion shape and all feedback was taken with high detail and executed in a perfect manner. I found them to be a very reliable service provider and would highly recommend them.

Hello Bob. We are sorry to learn that your custom spare tire cover did not turn out as anticipated. From your email we understand that you were expecting a black cover for a 14" spare wheel.
However, we have worked hard to make the order process as transparent as possible. Your order confirmation email (sent immediately after order placement) lists the selected colour as Blue.
We offer fully custom covers; each cover is handcrafted by closely following the measurements you provide. The measurement fields are labeled "Diameter of Tyre" and "Sidewall Height" - these terms point towards the size of the tire, not just the wheel. The diagram on the product page, as well as the 'How to Measure' page, indicate the measurement from tread to tread.
Moreover, there is no note on your order mentioning the model of the spare tire; typing this in the comment box provided would have increased the possibility of the discrepancy coming to our notice.
Since each cover is custom made to the size ordered, we are unable to accept returns in the absence of a manufacturing error.
We certainly understand that when ordering online such misunderstanding can occur, and we try to be as flexible as we can to help. Our team offered 25% of the product cost as store credit that you can use to reorder the cover in the desired size. As a one-time exception, on our last email we offered to extend the credit to 50%. We regret that you do not find this to be reasonable assistance.

We see that you initiated a chat conversation on 30 July requesting assistance with this order but had left the conversation when our associate responded.
We passionately handcraft hundreds of covers each day by diligently following the measurements and instructions you provide. Admittedly, sometimes we make a mistake; we are firmly committed to making it right when given the opportunity and once the error is established.

I haven't received my purchase and you want me to review it
Hello Nick. We are sorry for any confusion. The review request is managed by an independent third party service and set up to be sent automatically a few days after your order is shipped. It is not a manual process; you can ignore it until your order is delivered.
Your order was placed on 15 July with Standard Ground shipping for delivery by 10 August. Per the FedEx tracking site it was delivered on 29 July.
