Pretty good, I tried to find the details of my first order, but somehow I couldn't, however Simi suggested a note and the old order number so all is well. Love the Cover. I found repeating the colour choice of the personalisation difficult as colour is set up for professionals. In the end I just asked the design team to copy the previous order, and that worked brilliantly. I was initially confused that there was more than one domain, as my first order was with a uk domain, and I realised after ordering my second cover that I'd ordered it via an Australian domain, as they were both sending me incentive emails.

A good experience all round. Easy to order, delivered on time to the door, and quality product custom made to size. Couldn't be happier. Margaret

A big thank you for our new waterproof pool table cover. I had been trying to purchase fabric to make my own and couldn't find the right width or what I wanted. The vinyl I had covering it was too heavy and bulky. Contacting your company made it easy to explain what I wanted, colour and size. You made me feel confident with the double checking of measurements and colour that I would be happy with my purchase and I am.

The cover for my 100 Webber BBQ is way too big, after 5 weeks of waiting, it's wasn't from australia as it was an Australian website… very cunning it was from bloody India! I wouldn't recommend this company

They emailed a few times to double check the measurements for one of the covers which was an odd size and it was spot on.
All very good quality I ordered the weather proof ones
I read a few bad reviews on line but my order was fine no complaints here I recommend using them.

I've received this email asking me of my experience and I still haven't received what I bought. I rang a few weeks ago to see when it was meant to be arriving and she said 15th June. Still haven't got it. I'm not happy at all.

I needed the tuff bags before June, bought because of this to date still not received

The product has a design that looks like something has been spilled on the cover, however it was not visible in the photo on the website.

I thought we were getting fabric material, however it is really plastic and not really suitable for lounge cushion.
