The whole process was easy and simple. Happy with the product

Quite easy to navigate through the purchase process

I actually ordered black, however I have received blue. I found the ordering site was good however potentially sensitive to touch. The blue is to the last colour on the right, so maybe this was accidentally touched during review of order. Very disappointed with the result as I did not want blue.

Ordered last year. They wanted fussy measurements - also took us ages to find email from them and reply - covers arrived - look great - but now I have to spend hours - and hours - stripping back fiddly chairs to un sun fade them. Good work in the end but Cheesed off. Made worse by your rating of my review as having low credibility for, in part, being too short and not including my life story, photos or proof of purchase. Now, I trust, it isn't too short. I'm back also because it was interesting that the two star rating I put here turned into a five star one when it was shown for publication. Interesting.

I am happy with the product that I received however I thought that it would be manufactured in Australia. I requested clarification of this via email on two occasions but did not receive any response. I was surprised that tracking indicated that the product was manufactured overseas. Consequently the delivery was longer than stated.

Our cover arrived and fitted perfectly as promised. It is so much thicker and stronger than the hardware store covers. Very happy would buy again.

Only issue ion this order is that I paid extra for the delivery to arrive earlier but it arrived 5 days later, not sure it might have been the transport company responsible for the delay

After placing my order with some photographs I received a follow up email asking for further measurements as 'covers and all' noticed my original cushions had rounded corners and not the square i'd ordered.
I supplied further measurements and was amazed at the detail when I received my parcel of seat covers. They were all perfect.
There was a delay in postage due to covid restrictions but I think that is to be expected these days. I don't think the delay was an issue and was happy to wait.

Product has not been delivered as promised. And nil communication to advised when asked.

Covers are great, it's a perfect fit and nice to see my balcony furniture thru the see-through covers. Great option

I orderedthe covers and suppose to get them in one month as I have special occasion so I was hopeful to get them ontime but after 1/5 month still not here

Design process was great, product turned out just like I expected it!

I was sceptical at first buying a bespoke cover for my bbq unit. The order was simple to place and the finished product was a perfect fit with excellent quality. I would have no hesitation to recommend Covers snd All. Would definitely buy again!

Australian made product not something made in India.
Also the storage bag for the cover is lucky to fit 1/3 of the cover into it.
The drawstring on the bottom of the cover is pointless as it's to flimsy to pull the cover taught.
It was only a couple of weeks turn around from when we ordered even though it came from India.

We had a BBQ cover made for a boat. Overall a very efficient experience and the quality and look of the cover was great.
The only downside, was that the drawstring around the bottom of the cover did no go around the whole BBQ, and was sewn a little inside the edging. This meant that the drawstring did not really work, and I had to thread another drawstring through the whole BBQ to allow it to be pulled closed. This was a bit disappointing.
