They are not hassle they are very hard to get on my furniture much to stiff and heavy

My overall experience was very good, however requesting measurements in inches is very odd.

We ordered a set of 12 covers for the cushions on our outdoor setting. The ordering process was super simple - we just selected the fabric and popped in our measurements. The prices were very reasonable and I'm pleased to say that the finished product is amazing. Our outdoor setting looks brand new and the cushion covers are extremely well made, the stitching and zippers are very high quality and the fabric is lovely. We would not hesitate to recommend Covers & All and we will definitely be using them again. Thank you:-)

Exactly what I was after. Reasonably priced exactly as deceived in website delivery was earlier than initially advised.

However, I misunderstood the ventilation feature of the cover and contacted Covers & All's asking for clarification of what seemed to be for me a mistake in the cover. I was able to easily contact the client services and be instructed to take pictures and send them with an expectation given that if there was anything wrong they would send me another cover with the issue fixed.
On the next day I received an Email explaining the ventilation feature which made total sens making me feel quite silly for what I though was a mistake in the making of the product. The handling of the issue was respectfully done by the Client Services. Congratulations Covers & All's!

The image on the cover is satisfactory, I know that my image wasn't ideal and their reproduction is possibly as good as it could be. However, the cover's size doesn't resemble the measurements that I submitted, in any way. It is too big. I am confused as to why they wanted the measurements, as they did. A simple statement of the wheel/tyre size as described by the maker could have resulted in a standard size being provided. Instead they asked for measurements and then ignored them.

Once we had sorted the measurements everything went well.

My order has not yet been delivered. When I called to expedite I waited three times for more than 10 minutes before having to give up on the call.

Covers & All took extra time to make sure all the measurements I had supplied for the 3 covers I ordered were right and I appreciated their professional service and attention to detail. I would definitely order from them again.

Easy to navigate website allowed for rapid ID of product needed and it's specifications

Delivery date was stated to be 5th June but it has not arrived yet and FedEx are suggesting arrival will be 12th May. I am also concerned that it is coming from India when I expected that it was being manufactured in Western Australia. If I knew this I would not have ordered the covers given the state of COVID in India.
