I placed the order and within a few days the design was ready for me to review and sign off into production, except I wasn't made aware of this and only realised after a week later when I went into the site to check progress (they never sent me an email asking me to approve anything) This delay meant my order didn't arrive in time for our first trip away in the campervan which I was very disappointed about. But when the covers finally arrived I was delighted with the product design and quality -they really have transformed the look of the campervan and I would certainly use this company again.
