Product is great quality. Delivery time excellent. Order form slightly confusing over adding of tolerances to measurements. I paid for an unnecessary change as it seems the factory in India add tolerances anyway, so final product was slightly larger than needed - but still a good fit. Paperwork from UPS regarding delivery looked suspicious and did not mention Covers & All.

I love that you are given a number of options for the features that you want on your curtains. The second one I had a four inch pocket sewn on the bottom so that I could put a length of plastic in the bottom to fit it either side of the pergola posts.

I called few times with the order and the people were so helpful and efficiently solved the issues. The website was easy to access and their system was overall fine except the message center service. I received their messages in my email and only by clicking that email link I was able to see those messages. By logging into the account, I am not able to view all my messages.
