I was a bit of a leap in the dark looking for someone to make bespoke covers for outdoor items - in my case, an exercise bike. Covers&all even spotted that I had probably made a mistake and checked the measurements with me - I had made a mistake. The item that came fits perfectly (no thanks to me) and is high quality.

Ordered as what we thought were cushion covers. Arrived as caps covers only. The site is very difficult to navigate and misleading. We were under the impression these were outdoor cushion covers as it even gave us the option to order the zips which we thought we had. Almost £100 out of pocket as the item is no good and fit for purpose. Just beware when ordering because I am 100% sure that we will not be the first to be totally confused of ordering these cushion covers?

However, as explained by our Quality team you have ordered regular covers. Our regular covers (including furniture and equipment covers) are used to store products and provide protection from the weather. The words 'cushion' and 'zip' do not appear anywhere on your order confirmation email, although we also provide a free text box during the order process for any notes you wish to type.
We've worked hard to make the order process transparent and easy to follow. The navigation menu on the home page prominently displays all the categories; while you selected CUSTOM COVERS, the category CUSHION & PILLOW COVERS is right next to it.
Each product page also encourages you to upload reference pictures of what you're trying to cover - had this been done we may have possibly been alerted to the discrepancy.
We offer 24x7 phone and chat support for any questions you may have while placing your order. Despite this we understand that when ordering online, anyone can make a mistake. The 50% credit was hence offered as a goodwill gesture despite there being no error from our side. We regret that you do not find this to be reasonable assistance.
Cover for 3 seater settee and small table made to measure and fitted perfectly. Quality of fabric fantastic - completely waterproof. Left seat cushions on and despite heavy rain in the night, cushions completely dry. Covers made and despatched very quickly.
