Shocking from start to finish (well almost as they put the wrong delivery address so not received item yet)
Order has taken over 3 months due to a design tram that can't understand my instructions due to language barrier

Really easy to do business with. The quality is higher than I expected. Nice pipping and hidden zippers.

Website was initiative and easy to use. Product seems of good quality and was manufactured to the correct size. Shipping took much longer than expected but that was down to FedEx

I am very pleased with our bespoke cover - we have a modular sofa, therefore off-the-peg covers were not going to work and we wanted something that was of good quality. The website was straightforward (although it could have been in metric) and the turnaround in getting it delivered was quick. We would certainly use Cover & All again.

I couldn't believe that after 6 measurements and a picture of my bike the mess that arrived for my birthday! I gave them a measurement of 31ins at the handlebar and they kept that width for the whole length of the cover. I paid £140 for a fitted cover which I expected would narrow at each end for the width of the wheels instead it's totally swamped! What a mess, so much for their expert team analysing the picture I sent.
Their measurement system is at fault, it needs to include the width of the saddle and the pedals so that a fitted cover is possible.

I was a bit surprised to find that the products I ordered would be made and shipped from India, but overall the experience was good. The products are exactly as ordered, and tracking details were available early in the shipment process. It took about a week for the covers to get to FedEx, and a week for them to arrive in the UK. Overall I'm very satisfied with the experience and would definitely order again. Thanks.

Very pleased with our covers, great quality and fit much better than our previous ones with good zips. Delivery and customer care great kept informed on transport and delivery also good price.

Delivery 11 days late. This was a Birthday Present for our Grandson. Arrived 8 days late after his Birthday. Will never use this company again. Wrong address given to Delivery carrier FEDEX. When order eventually arrived. Package was very damaged, but thankfully contents ok.

The level of updates on order and progress for delivery was great and the covers themselves are looking great. Very strong and hard wearing.
Its odd to see some of the poor service comments on review sites when the experience we have had, and so many others, has been vert positive. It appears the manufacture is in India but this has, in no way, caused any issue whatsoever. We would very happily use them again.

Clear instructions as how to measure, add options and include photos for reference.

Easy to order, high-quality fabric, and perfect fit (great measuring instructions). Looks fabulous, spills easily clean off great product.

Ordering was very quick and easy. My order was a week later than expected, but when it arrived I was very happy with the quality and fit.

I bought a chiminea which was wider than the average and struggled to find a cover that fit. I found Cover and All and got a bespoke cover. It was easy to see where and how to measure. The cover arrived promptly and is a great fit and looks very strong and good quality.

The covers are very well made and look really great. The delivery and updates were a little haphazard but I received them eventually.

Bob is an ineffectual employer who wouldn't even try to help.
All the replies I received were so late they became irrelevant.
