Despite some good customer service replacing defective products, the product continues to fail to meet requirements.
A recent request for a refund was ignored and the company sent out air bags to try and resolve the problem. These have not worked and I did not request them. The company is trying hard in terms of replacing the product, but none of the replacements work and I just want my money back. I will happily return the covers.
All good apart from drop down boxes which kept obscuring what I was doing on screen when I was trying to input data and place my order.

Having previously ordered covers for our garden furniture from Cover & All, with which we are very happy, we realised we needed something to keep them in over the summer. The obvious solution was a storage bag. We also needed some air bags to stop rain collecting in pools on top of the table cover. We ordered four of these in the largest size to give us flexibility with how they're arranged; you can blow them up as much or little as you like. The storage bag is in the same Max Beige fabric which blends well with our stone walls and looks natural in the garden. At first, I thought the storage bag wouldn't be big enough as it looks quite compact, but it is actually just the right size.

Correct dimensions for a triangle given, but I received a thong looking item which does not cover the triangular area as all sides were concave. Totall waste of money.

We passionately handcraft hundreds of custom covers every day. Admittedly, sometimes we make a mistake and we are firmly committed to making it right once the error is established.
To validate that we have erred, pictures (or in some cases a video) clearly demonstrating the incorrect measurements are necessary and also mentioned as a requirement in our Terms of Use. Considering the amount of work and material that go into making each cover, we feel it is fair that the error be pointed out beyond doubt. Our intent is certainly not to make it difficult or inconvenient for you, and we apologize if that is the impression we projected.
Regrettably, the pictures you shared show the cover sagging significantly, which understandably affects the measurement. One of the pictures shows the measurement from edge (piping) to edge as 66.25". Hence, we are confident that when measured flat and taut, the cover will measure the ordered size (67.25").
Per the last communication by our Quality team, kindly share appropriate pictures or a video clearly demonstrating the incorrect size. We are eager to resolve this without delay - especially if we have indeed made an error in the size.

>> To make them as waterproof as possible we apply a special hot seam sealing tape, which is applied on the seams of the covers, this prevents the water to seep through the seam holes, which are made during the stitching process, this makes the covers almost water proof

Since we missed providing the sealing on the first set of covers we sent you, we issued a replacement in February 2021. Based on the video you shared on 8 July, the sealing has been applied correctly and the leakage seems to be due to the pooling of the water. Thus, our Quality team offered to send you free air bags to raise the height of the cover to prevent pooling. In our experience, air bags usually resolve this issue since the water runs off immediately.
The air bags were sent only upon receiving your confirmation - "By all means we can try air bags". Regrettably, if the air bags haven't resolved the issue either there does not seem to be much that can be done. Nevertheless, we have flagged this to our Quality team for a product expert's inputs. Please allow a maximum of 72 hours for us to revert with the best possible resolution we can offer in this unfortunate situation.
