Ordering easy, prices seem good for the quality description
Seems easy enough so far... hoping they are going to be good quality and arrive quickly.
Once the product had finally arrived (stuck in customs apparently) we were disappointed that the triangular shapes we had ordered were not really any good for the purpose we needed. The measurements were correct and they were well made; however, the angle at which the triangle was cut meant it was too narrow.
Seems easy enough so far... hoping they are going to be good quality and arrive quickly.
Their web site was NOT easy to understand. The squab 'COVERS' weren't all enclosing on two of the items.

1.) Your order had 3 line items of which items 1 and 3 were for cushion covers in Light Sand coloured Cushion Fab fabric while item #2 was for a custom cover in Light Sand coloured Cover Fab fabric:
A.) Please note that our website presents custom covers and cushion covers (or custom cushion covers) under separate headers as these are made using distinct methods and meant for different purposes. In other words, custom covers cannot be substituted for cushion covers and vice versa.
2.) We have a separate field for "Custom Cover" under the menu ribbon as it permits someone hoping to order an odd-shaped cover for an article or design ( eg. For a sofa, equipment, machinery, etc) to do so via these pages and provide any additional information, be it images or instructions in the order notes. Such covers are usually open on the bottom edge as they are meant to go over the top. Item #2 in the order list was, therefore, manufactured per our standard method and wasn't all enclosing as desired.
As a business, we do appreciate the fact that ordering bespoke goods could pose such challenges. However, we are eager to help you remedy the situation. I needed new covers for my rattan cushions, this company were able to customise their cushion covers and the quality of the materials they used looked robust. The company were quick to respond to my order error and corrected it with ease which made me feel confident about the product I was purchasing. I was told my covers would be delivered by 2nd August. On the 30th July I got a message from Fedex the delivery company that my order was out for delivery. I asked my mother in law to go to my house to collect package. It never arrived. I tracked my order and it was left at another address, not stated where with an S. Marshall. There are 4 houses on my road, no one is called S. Marshall. I am very disappointed to have not received the covers I have purchased and feel the delivery company has let this company down. I will think twice about using them again.

Website guidance requires measuring in inches (!) and a tolerance of 2-3 inches. Mine was 0-4". You can specify curved or straight sides, I went for curved, and what arrived had one curved, one straight and one that could be described as not having made up its mind.
