I ordered a custom made cover for my son- in-laws home DJ system with his name printed on the front. The website builder was intuitive and easy to navigate. I contacted customer services to make a change to the order as I made a mistake with the colour. They were very efficient and they changed my order without a fuss. My order was delivered on time and the cover is perfect for the purpose it was made for. I was very impressed with the whole process and product quality.

I purchased a clear tarpaulin for my "pergola roof" and had it custom made with eyelets. Well not only was the price good but it has worked a treat and in all probability I will now look at getting side curtains exactly the same. I wasn't sure whether I had measured correctly or if the quality would be there, and there was absolutely nothing to worry about. Its been up couple weeks now and I am more than delighted.

Website is really easy to use, inches are a bit annoying in the 21st century but that's a niggle. They asked if I needed a parasol cover as the noticed a hole in my table, I didn't but I really appreciate the attention to detail. Very happy with my cover and it looks smart too.

When received cover it did not fit, contacted company straight away and after numerous emails which did not resolve the problem so we finally got PayPal involved and now we are hopefully resolving the situation.

I made a mistake on my measurements and had to get them adjusted retrospectively. This worked ok although only just in time.

Fantastic new covers for our outdoor seats. Great quality fabric and colour. Fit perfectly. And come with a handy waterproof cover to store. Great customer service too. Highly recommend.

Excellent all round service, Web site ordering could do with a few more choices

Ordered a cover for our Ooni table and honestly really pleased with the finished product. Very durable and strong and well made. We'll definitely ordered more covers for other items.
