Very easy to measure order and pay for using PayPal,
I was unable to pay with either of 2 credit cards I have on Apple Pay even after clearing all cache and cookies from my browser as instructed. I was also instructed by your helper on the phone, to open an account online and try again, yet I could not find access to do this on your website. The only reason I have persisted with this purchase, eventually, through Paypal, is because I like the look of the customised products that you offer. I only hope I will not be disappointed.
After id submitted my order, the help i received to customize it was brilliant, the designer made a point of looking at my images and suggesting changes. Product when it came was perfect. Only small gripe is that i didnt quite get that level of help from pre sale support which means i almost didn't order.

Table cover delivered yesterday, more than a week before the expected delivery date on the invoice! The quality of the material is excellent and the cover fits the table top perfectly.
The order process was simple and the measurement instructions easily understood resulting in a straightforward process for me from beginning to end. Add this to the fast delivery and excellent communications keeping me up to date and I would definitely recommend this customer.

I have ordered l shape cushion cover but made a mistake with measurements. When I placed the replacement the cushion was made very quickly and arrived also very quick too.

I paid extra for a quick delivery but item was later than paid for - i have emailed asking for a refund of delivery charge but have not received a response yet.
