I knew the maker was adding more to my measurements as per the website. But I think too much was added. The covers look baggy rather than tight. I left the old covers on to try and help but the new ones are still loose.
Great customer service though.

Impressed. A well made product that arrived around the time we were notified it would. There was a slight loss in translation/understanding of the requirement though. We requested a custom cover with a logo and zips. Everything was perfect except the zip was a single zip on the back, we were expecting two zips positioned on the front either side of the logo. The way the log store is positioned means the lovely logo will now form the back of the cover and out of sight. The single middle zip also means we we can't fully access all the logs easily. Like I said the requirement was lost in translation and we will need to more clear next time. Overall would not hesitate to use Covers and All again. A great product.
