The covers were a perfect fit for the sponge filling I had purchased earlier.
The user interface of their website allowed me to get an instant quote for the required covers with the option of selecting different materials etc.
I received an email within a few days of placing the order giving me details of shipping via FedEx with an estimated delivery date and tracking link.
The covers were received well on time and I'm delighted with the final result.

The ordering process was very simple initially for me, but the team had to verify a number of measurements with me to ensure what I'd ordered was correct.

Bought a daybed cover and it fits extremely well based on the dimensions I asked for.
I guess the only feedback would be the ability to specify the precise dimensions for the whole seating area too, so the the cover sits flush with the seats instead of having excess material at the front based on the frame dimensions (Hope that makes sense)

The only one problem was a delay in getting the sample kit to enable me to confirm my order for a barbecue cover. It took couple of phone calls from me followed by a number of days before FEDEX had delivered, I have got the samples now, happy to see a great selection to choose from.

I was happy to order a second cover for a storage box.

Free swatch kit ordered, kept informed of delivery, well presented and packaged.

My mistake - I mis-read delivery date! Replied promptly reassuring that item would be delivered on correct date.

Fedex, not the best courier in the world. But other than than that very pleased.

Although the process was made very easy to follow by entering in the measurements, I made an error when entering one of the sides. I realised this after I'd placed the order so I sent an email to ask if it could be corrected. The team were lovely and after providing the corrected measurement they quickly confirmed that this had been amended and I received the product shortly after.
